About Us
The Kingston Corporation was established in 1996 to develop, design, and build significant single family homes. We build primarily in high-end residential neighborhoods in Seattle.
Our mission is to build homes of the highest quality using the most precise construction methods and innovative solutions, while providing timeless designs that enhance the surrounding environment.
We’re different from other construction companies. All reputable construction companies have experience, expertise, highly skilled personnel, great reputation, happy clients, etc. However, some additional benefits of working with The Kingston Corporation are:
Principal involvementWe only commit to one or two projects at any time and are therefore able to be in constant contact with our clients and subcontractors. Rather than employing a project manager or superintendent we, the owners, are your contacts and are the ones you’ll see on the jobsite every day.

Because of our super-lean structure we operate with much lower overhead and pass the savings directly to you.
