Mike Erickson, President and Co-founder
A Seattle native, Mike has more than 30 years of construction experience, ranging from numerous single-family residences to $50M+ commercial projects. He's an experienced, "hands-on" construction professional with an extensive background in general and financial management of construction and development projects. He has technical expertise and extensive experience in the design, permitting, estimating, bidding, scheduling, development, and construction of a wide range of project types located in a variety of geographic locations. In addition, he has extensive design-build experience in both the private and public sectors, including multi-million dollar contracting and purchasing transactions.

Mindy Howard Erickson, Co-founder
Mindy's 28 years of experience in the design field bring extensive experience in all areas of interior design with special emphasis in concept design, quality control, budgets and project management. She has designed numerous residential interiors and exteriors, as well as corporate offices for many Fortune 500 companies. Mindy was President of Emick Howard & Associates, Inc. and Emick Howard & Seibert, Inc., architecture and interior design, from 1977 through 2005 and was responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with managing a business. She retired in December of 2005 to work full-time with Mike at The Kingston Corporation. Her primary areas of focus are design, details, and finishes.
